To celebrate the beginning of the new academic year, the Food Heritage Foundation and the Environment and Sustainable Development Unit (ESDU) are organizing a “Back to School Souk” Farmers’ Market on Wednesday September 16, 2015 in AUB – FAFS courtyard from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. The market will present around 20 producers from all over Lebanon who will propose a variety of fresh, traditional and healthy products (Fruits & vegetables, mouneh, pastries, saj etc.).
