Omayshe consumed with onions

Omayshe is a typical recipe of the Chouf region. Although it looks like a humble dish, it is very nutritious. The traditional way of preparing omayshe is with bulgur and kishk with roasted onions, but some people like to add spices, tomato paste or green onions when available.
