On December 6th, 2017 the Lebanese International University (LIU) organized its fifth Food Production Fair in its Bekaa campus in Khiara. The event featured different presentations on traditional food productions (mouneh) like traditional cheeses and honey as well as an exhibition of different local products.

FHF, represented by Mrs. Petra Chedid el-Rassi - coordinator of darb el karam - participated in the event and talked about the production of Ambarees cheese and pomegranate molasses, and the different mouneh production activities offered by darb el karam - food heritage trail.
