Community Kitchens (CK)
The Food Heritage Foundation’s community kitchens is network of kitchens operated by women from marginalized communities that provide healthy meals to their host communities in rural areas in the framework of humanitarian relief and for the purpose of food security, with “Akleh” being the central kitchen in Beirut, catering traditional meals for events highlighting regional culinary specialties.
